Pothik Ads processes information needed to create, review, deliver, measure and bill advertising campaigns.

Information used

This can include advertiser account and business details, campaign settings, creative files, wallet/payment references, impression and click events, conversion records and security/fraud signals. Payment-card credentials are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by Pothik Ads.

Security and fraud prevention

Privacy-preserving hashed network identifiers may be used for frequency controls, duplicate detection and fraud prevention. Operational records are subject to configured retention periods.

Geographic delivery

Geographic targeting is used only when a configured provider supplies location information. Pothik Ads does not intentionally guess a visitor location when reliable geographic data is unavailable.

Retention

Administrators can configure retention periods for event, notification and audit records. Scheduled maintenance removes expired operational records.
