Advertising funds are credited to the advertiser wallet only after a supported payment is confirmed. Campaign budget may then be reserved for approved campaigns.
Unused campaign budget
When an eligible campaign completes normally, unused reserved lifetime budget is released back to the advertiser wallet through the campaign settlement process.
Payment refunds
Refund eligibility for money returned through the original payment method depends on the site operator, the configured payment gateway and applicable payment rules. Where WooCommerce reports a refund, the corresponding wallet credit is reversed to prevent double credit.
Rejected campaigns
Reserved campaign budget is released when an applicable campaign is rejected, subject to the campaign and wallet records.
Non-refundable delivery
Amounts already consumed by valid advertising delivery are generally treated as spent advertising budget unless the site operator determines that a billing or delivery error requires adjustment.
Support
Advertisers should provide the campaign ID and payment/order reference when requesting a billing review.
