Pothik Ads Terms & Conditions
These terms govern self-service advertising on PothikTV. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to their advertisements, creative materials, claims and destination pages.
Campaign review
Campaigns may be reviewed, rejected, paused or removed for policy, security, legal, payment or quality reasons. Approval does not constitute endorsement by PothikTV.
Budget and delivery
Advertisers choose budgets and campaign dates. Delivery may vary with eligible audience, inventory, targeting, fraud controls and technical availability. Reported delivery is based on Pothik Ads records.
Prohibited activity
Ads must not contain unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing or unsafe material, or direct users to unsafe destinations. Attempts to manipulate impressions, clicks, conversions or payments are prohibited.
Payments
Where WooCommerce checkout is enabled, payment processing is performed by the configured payment gateway. Pothik Ads does not request or store card PINs or full payment-card credentials.
Changes
Policies may be updated as the advertising service develops. Material operational changes should be communicated through the service where appropriate.
