Final Voter List for 13th National Parliamentary Election to Be Published on August 31

The final voter list ahead of Bangladesh’s 13th National Parliamentary Election will be published on August 31, as announced by KM Ali Newaz, Additional Secretary of the Election Commission Secretariat, on Tuesday afternoon.

He stated, “We will publish the draft voter list on August 10. After verification and review, the final voter list will be released on August 31.”

Previously, on July 21, EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed had indicated that the draft voter list would be published within this month.

He also mentioned that this year, 4.46 million new voters are expected to be added to the electoral roll.
